The cost is variable. It is determined by the nature of the service itself. The more involved it is, the higher the cost will be. Also, time taken to complete the task is factored in as well. Generally, our services cost anywhere between 20 and 150 dollars.

Our technician uses state of the art remote ticketing and support software in order to resolve submitted issues quickly and efficiently. Through our Freshdesk portal, customers are able to submit their ticket inquiries directly to us. A technician will then be notified, and quickly begin working to resolve the issue. Throughout the process, you will be kept well-informed, periodically being updated with any progress made.

This is also dependent on the service requested. Some jobs are as quick as 5-10 minutes. Others take upwards of a few hours. You will be notified with an estimation after submitting a ticket.
